experimental eh. is there anyother way. like i always say if it was easy it wouldn't be any fun. Although it would be nice to be bored once in a while .hahaha.

Here's how I did it. I made it with 1/4" acrylic, and made a ledge for it to overflow into the last section of my sump. My return is Tee'd off to feed it.








I also use it for acclimating new livestock:

I use a Maxijet900 right now & I get a decent flow into my above tank 20g. I think I might upgrade to a Maxijet1200 later.
