Tony,
I put the anemone in on a high point in the tank receiving a very moderate flow. I put its foot inbetween a nice little crack that I thought it would suck into. Sure enough.. hasn't moved one inch. I put it in last night around 730. I took the picture at 3 30 today. Dumb question.. is the pedal disk.. the foot? I know it's a white colour, if that helps at all. I can try to get pictures of it.
