Default looking for vw'ers

ok, they're quite popular here in Regina, who else drives a vw? PICS PICS PICS!

for those that do, anybody tune them up?

here are the two I've had (still have) in the family:

the golf got trashed by some kid in a jeep YJ so onward with the jetta! i'm truely a mkiv fan at heart.

if all goes well, next car will be either a 2005 1.8T GTI or a 2003 wolfsberg getta

I had a 95 B4 Passat, it was an awesome car. On these cold winnipeg mornings, it makes me wish I still had it, even if just for the heated seats.

I have a 1986 Golf diesel.
If by "tuning it up" you mean "keep it running", then the answer is yes.

I have always wanted to tune a VW. I just havent picked one up yet.

Here are some local VW links (calgary)

http://www.clubveedub.com/html/main.php

Here is a really good stricktly VW tuning shop here in town. I believe they ship all over the world. I have dealt with them and was very happy.
I was actually able to convince them to order some euro parts for my Ford Focus ZX3.

And just cuz I feel like showing it off.....

GIAC BABY!

outtafocus: thanks for the link! I wonder what the chances of finding a niche in regina for vw owners is. I ran into a guy with a 95 g60 corrado euro-spec. said when he was in armed forces they shipped it back with him
