I had that same red algae too....my true Percula would "host" in it.....then the Puffer ate it....(the algae not the clown!)

The red macroalgae is called red halimenia (not halimeda which is the hard green macro).

I love mine but find she doesn't photograph well.. (especially with my crappy camera)
