Default mounting m/h hood

H i all I don't know if anyone has done this but here's how i mounted my light hood.I went to revy and got these shelf brackets($13 )they are easy to install ,thin and very strong and you can adjust the height. They come in differant colours blk, wht, brwn etc and many length's 6"-18" i wanted to mount it so you could'nt see the bracket

I like your idea. Not having to remove the lights when taking off canopy is great. Less weight on tank is a nice bonus. How many inches are your lights from the wall? Did you find studs for bracket mounting or use drywall anchors?
