Default Glue?!?!?!

Who knows what to use when bonding PVC to acrylic?

I'm trying to finish off my calcium reactor.

Thanks,

Trevor

Weldon 16 works. There was a 2 part Weldon as well that worked I believe...

Weldon 40 is the two part, Weldon 16 would work in a pinch.

If memory serves, the RC boys recommend marine goop for such applications. (9$ @ rona in the paint section - with the rest of the adhesives)

Thanks guy's I think that I'll give the Weldon 40 two part a try.

What you all found works best for gaskets on something like a Kalk reactor?

I've heard that Weldon 40 is very hard to work with and is very messy (as well as pricy). While it does create a much stronger bond, you may find that Weldon 16 works just as well for your application. Just my 2 cents.
