Wanted: Mag250 HOT filter & used 65w 50/50

Anybody local (Lower Mainland preferably) have a Mag250 they're not using & are willing to part with?

Also, busted one of my 50/50 PC bulbs for my fish only. Looking to get one used that's no longer useful for someone's reef but will still be ok for a low light fish only.
