its a crap shoot......
The police these days dont use there raydar like they used to. That is to say leave it on all the time, they use a pulse method by turning it on and off when they want to take a reading.....in the city its not worth it, the highway if there running with it on the detectors work well. I have had a detector for several years got a couple of tickets with it on, saved me 2-3 time on the highway....... If the truth be told I think they give the driver a FALSE sence of security. IMO
