I have a Frogspawn that was like that. I considered several of the usual things, like water parameters, lighting, being touched inappropriately (and no silver glove either  ).Eventually I moved it to a lower flow area where it could pick on a candycane.  ..it seems happy now. I don't think it was just flow intensity, but what parts are hit and from where, seem to matter. Chemical inhibition and/or tissue stress from flow seems to be the reason here, maybe your Bubble could use a different office window too?
