WELCOME TO CANREEF

Your pair of 110w lights is about minimum for a tank that size. You could likely keep many of the soft corals, like mushrooms and easier to keep leathers.

Anenome,s require decent lighting. Perhaps a captive bred Bubble Tip anemone, kept higher up on the rockwork. Be aware they can and do move around, making powerheads a danger to them and require feeding.

There is enough blue from the 50/50,s for your corals. The straight actinics are for your eyes. Powerful actinics though, do bring out flouresent colours in the corals. Your bulbs, if used for coral growth, most likely should be changed out yearly.

The worms you mention are likely bristle worms but it would be hard to say without seeing them. Bristle worms are not harmful to your tank and scavenge what they can find.
