Not sure if this is helpful for you but I found this list of replacement parts with a venturi intake on page 2, not sure which pump you have but it looks like they might be able to source for you.

That skimmer is made out of acrylic, is it not?
If so, you can "weld" the two pieces together with solvent. It melts both side and voila, done https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xSIVa_TzN8w
