Ideas on raising and lower a light rack

Is this a 6' tank?
I'd stick with the 2 x 60" fixtures and add more T5s between them to give 8 bulbs coverage front to back.
T5s are the bomb for coral growth.
If you're looking for shimmer, then go ahead with LEDs, but the cost doesn't play into growth IMO.

Spend your money on T5s, and for your existing fixtures, buy the hanging kits for the ATIs.
I installed my Powermodule with the hanging kit and love it.
Piece of 1/4" flat bar x 4' screwed to the ceiling on studs. Hanging kit installed through flat bar.
