My friend lost 16 fish I think to a blue carpet anemone before he got rid of it, including a very expensive lg powder blue tang.

Try JL Aquatics unless your sensitive to cost.
Large Saddleback Clowns like Carpets iirc.
Mags are great with fish. It may be an idea to make sure a carpet has a good host of anemone fish to ward off fish around it. Unestablished tangs are way to frail to have in with a carpet.
