Default Clownfish with freckles (all of a sudden)

I don’t know what happened to my clownfish black spots only on the orange part, I did google but didn’t really get an conclusion, some say that is a deasease and other said that they are anemone stings. They are happy as usual they have been hosting anemone around a year.

My female had a bunch of the black spots on her orange coloration. I took it as anemone stings as well as age. I too did a some google searches but came up with the same.

It’s hard to tell but it could be either stings or a type of flatworm. They’re known as black ich, a parasitic infestation and their main symptom is small black dots on the fish.
