![]() The first setup is good if you are using the bulbs to supplement a strong LED or metal halide. Not sure if you would want to use 3 blue plus if there is not a strong white light you are supplementing.
I use 3 blue plus on my 4 bulb ati hybrid fixture but the LED's are the dominant light in that fixture. The strong blue only comes through on sundown and sunup. |

![]() If I were you I'd stick with the ATI bulbs over the Fluval bulbs because there is more usable light coming out of the ATI bulb, and they both use the same amount of power. I'd suggest if you don't like how blue it is that you switch out one of the Blue Plus for an Aquablue Special.
