130 gallon system part out

What is the diamension of the chiller? Is it ready to use or do I need a pump to use it?

It's 10" wide,16" tall and 16" deep.doesn't have a pump i used to run it off my dc 3000 that i run my carbon and gfo. Also comes with an external controller, more precice then the one integrated and the heater,150w in the same price..
