I thought fluval is automatic shut off for a few minute to clear out the air in the canister. Try to remove some of the media out as you might have put too much media in it and its not enough space for water to flow through them. Or it is how to place media in section. Try to have fine filter on the last state before water get back to the tank.

Could be a leaking seal on the intake side, try closing the output valve a little and see if it makes a difference

I have cer media bio filter media in it can that make it happen and when I put It lower the output valve to half It seem like no water is coming out but it does stop the micro bubbles

I would guess a small leak in a gasket or o ring

Grease the lid O ring, or try cleaning/replacing the filters.

Some times pumps create cavitation. Can you control the amount of water that flows threw it. Maybe try reducun flow
