Oh OK.
Ya I got nothing to cover 36" well and be low power consumption. Lots of people like those "Black Box" LEDs units. A pair of these would cover your tank, perhaps add a diffuse panels if the colour mixing is not up to your satisfaction. You could probably get a pair for your budget if you look around, they are around $100 US a piece. Now the only thing is these are 165w a piece, so that would be 330w for the pair. Of course you can which should reduce power consumption to some degree.
