Show it a youtube video of a hair algae infested tank and tell it if it doesn't straighten up its act it could find itself in a tank like that? The coral scared straight program?

Haha, oh you guys are killing me
 I didn't have time to take some photos but I found these ones online that are pretty much the same. A forum member generously gave me a frag of devil's hand and green leather tree but I am trying to figure out how to make them erect again (ehehehehe). These aren't my photos:
