I have lots of height clearance, like 30". But the compartment in the sump is only 13" wide by 24" long.

Hey I just measured my alphacone 250 and it'll fit in that space

How about a Lifereef svs3-30 in sump skimmer. Rated for 350 gal. Any water depth up to 16 inches and will fit the footprint you need.
