Rob of Ecotech and went over the lights and software again this morning. It looks like we've finally learned why the lights were not running with the light programs...
Rob had me to ungroup all the lights and set up as three separate lights however running the same light program. By doing this we can see which lights are in sync with the software and which one is not. Rob suspects that the one that isn't may have a programming error and will required to be replace.
Well, when I got home this evening from the office I noticed that the original lights I have are in sync with the light program while the replacement light received from the distributor is not. Man, do I have just the worst luck in aug! I'll wait until tomorrow morning and review with Rob from Ecotech before calling Martin on this...
