In an effort to see Tony attend one of these meetings I will propose that we do it on the 27th after 5 pm ... is this doable for the majority of us ?

Well i'd still have to pass i don't get out of my course until 10pm. Drive time i'd be looking at 11:30pm before hitting calgary

edit i don't get out until 10pm

If the 28th is best for more people, go with the 28th. Please don't change it on account of me. I'll find a way to get to it. Worst case scenario I might have to leave early or come late, but I'll find a way!
