OMG , What can a person say when they open up the site to find this as a post, except how truly sorry I was to find this.
Your tank has been an inspiration to me, and when my husband started talking about my upgrading from my osaka to a 6 foot I didn't want to UNTIL I came across your tank thread. I thought if a 6 foot can look like that, I'm in!
You have more than a knack for this hobby, and am looking forward to seeing your tank restored to all it's inspiring goodness.

Last I heard he lost almost everything He said he pulled out all the dead coral and it filled a cooler up about 5" deep Not sure if he lost all the fish too or not but I know he did lose some of them. Edit: he did lose all his fish

He said the tank is looking pretty empty right now, but at least the water is clearing up. Doug also said I could test out my aquascaping skills and help him set the rock back up when I come visit him this weekend. Guess we'll have to see if my "skills" are up to par
