I have been following the thread for a while and hoped I could be lucky with the 200gal of IO I bought a month+ ago from J&L. I made the first batch of water from salt in that bucket yesterday - well ....
After 24 hr of stirring at 77F, the water is still cloudy and KH is off-scale (the color stayed blue after dropping the full ml of Sailfert reagent).... Code:
