Not so much a retirement... At the very least a downsize.. just hopefully something bigger than my 24x24x12 tank.. that's smaller than I would really like to go.

I can't really pass up the very affordable rent at this other place. Plus it's BRAND new, so will be an awesome place to live even if I have to downgrade for awhile.

I've considered just storing this tank until I can set it back up too.. I'd like to buy a place in the next 2-3years, so see how things go.
