You might have this planned but some people dont know how corrosive salt can be on concrete. I did mine with a product called Varathane "colors in plastics. it is strong flexable and will resist cemicals so salt should not be an issue.

That wall is not concrete, it's wood frame covered in tarpaper (was stucco) It will eventually be finished off, the tank for the most part will be sealed from the house to help control humidity issues usually associated with large tanks, the room will also have a humidstat controlled ventillation fan.
