![]() I do not have a bottle with me but I recall that it is vitamin C in an emulsion of fatty acid stuff. I do not think refrigeration helps preserve vitamin C but I think it helps keep the fatty acid emulsion from going bad. On the other hand keeping it cool may effect the solubility so you would have to shake it before using it.

![]() selco is just stabilized pollock or squid lipids. Needs to be refrigerated as naesco pointed out. I always shake before use because i find it always settles to the bottom.
edit: and yes it does eventually go bad after a long while. If the colour and odour still look and smell right though, then it's alright. |
