X2 you are probably better off with a food grade bucket try the wine store they sell food grade buckets.

Im going to go look for a food-safe container today or tomorrow: I was never really happy with the Rubbermaid anyway. The plastic is too thin and flimsy.

I am testing the recycle containers (The Big Blue and round one.) dont know how it turn out yet.
Any one tried it before? -pls let me know how is this material turn out. thanks.
I am planning to turn every related containers for aquarium to PlexiGlass. I still dont have a good feeling about plastic, even trying to test some.

Any other thought?
