Maybe its a secret plot by the americans to try to devalue our dollar. They figure if they can't get what they used to..just do it twice and charge for it....

I have ordered from them numerous times. What you are seeing is when ups sends the paper work to customs. The package is actually in Spokane but the customs office they use are in Richmond.

I have yet to ever pay GST from them and i just received a package on Tuesday.

Just received a bucket of carbon from them and no extra charges. That $10 flat brokerage rate that you pay upfront with shipping is AWESOME!

Hi Marie.
I received an order back in Feb. and it worked just as Monti-Man's did. If I remember correctly, it took 10 days from order date to receiving it. I also remember being quite pleased with the freight, duty, etc.

I have no doubt I'll be happy with the order. It was just seeing it go across the border twice that took me aback . Sending the paper work on ahead makes sense though.

Correct me if i'm wrong but there should be no duty if it's made in the states right?
