What you may want to do is head down to your local store and try out a few. I originally wanted an olympus SLR, but when I actually got it in my hands, I found it was way too big. I settled for the Nikon D40x, pricy ($1000), but so worth it when it came down to quality, and its ability to do nice macros. I had a fujifilm FinePix which worked really well for me. It was purchased second hand, but it worked really well. |
