LOL ...I wish i could do that man but if the tank leaks and there is a flood the insurance will not cover the damage.

I hve the same problem with my apt. I am on the third floor. took out extra insurance and they are allowing a 75 gal. it is supposedly same insurance as if you have a waterbed...
