Okay - I've been out of doing server stuff for a while, but oy - We'll figure this out.
When you FTP into Shaw, it'll bring you straight to the "public_html" directory, that first area is what you'd get to by going to members.shaw.ca/seamonkey68 So any of the blog files that should be in the "root" or "public_html" directory go right into there. Make sense?
