Fresh water dips are a good way to clear nudibranches off of zoas but may not work with eggs. If there are eggs you'll have to pick them off manually.
But I don't think your problem are eggs. I think you're dipping them in fresh water too often, by the sounds of it. Zoas are tough, but frequent fresh water dips will stress it out and kill them. Let them recover before dipping again (1-2 weeks). Also keep them in a steady flow area after the dip.
