Matt,
It looks like a nice med. sized salmon. If it has a small adipose fin on top, just in front of the tail, its a type of salmonid (salmon/trout). Here's one of things we did this weekend   Unfortunately, it was only 1 horse for 4 people, so we had to time-share ride Tristan's (Shadowboy) horse, Hank. Anthony
