Help! What am I?

I look like the Yellow Clown Goby, except I am white... I have black freckles (spots) on my face, 3 black horizontal stripes on each side my body (same 'look' as a 6 line wrasse), and more black freckles (spots) on my tail.

I am smaller than an inch.

What am I?

(unfortunately, variations of "Coral Goby black and white stripe dots" into google did not work.. your help appreciated)
