babies!!!!!

Hi everyone,I bought one abalone about a month ago and yesterday my daughter asked me if the abalone had a baby?And yes she was right and today i found another baby so thats two babies and a mommy abalone.Does anyone know where i can find out more on abalones as i have done a search and come up empty or has this happened to anybody else?
