I also had superior service from Bill when we did our GB a week ago. He even took extra pics and texted them to me so I could choose which specimen to order. The packing was first rate and UPS was a bit later than expected ("arrive by 10am" was specified, but package arrived just before noon any ways, so not bad at all). Our corals opened up quickly, mine mainly opened up within hours of going into my tanks. I think most of us in the GB would order again from Bill. Nice to read that our positive experience seems the Norm rather than the exception.
