Is this killing my sps?

Hey guys

So recently my tank was been Rly thriving for the first time ever in this hobby but then i notice my monticals STN and there was a bunch of this weird white things on it but I didn't Rly care much Cuz they just fast growing caps. Then I notice my German blue digi frags in my sump was STNing and there was these white bugs looking things around them as well. They seem to only be on dead tissue.

Any1 able to ID them and tips on how to get rid of them? I tried to revive dip the affected digis but they don't seem to fall off of the frags so I just chopped the frags up n remounted
