Looks like there is a grease nipple on the end there. if it's just worn rubber bushings it's livable in the short term but could lead to increased wear of surrounding parts over time. Replacement might not be too bad on a Hyundai. Just look for a good independent shop. Don't go to a dealer. They will rape you.

Or do like me. Start a blog and get new cars to review. I have barely driven my own car over the last couple months. You guys don't want to know what I have for the next 4 or 5 days
