Ya I was told by the folks at J&L to always roll a new bucket of IO around for a while to mix up any settling while the stuff sits in stock. I would think it's a good idea with any.

Hey! I never "LEFT" the hobby, just doing fresh water now. Which is still listed as part of Canreef if I'm not mistaken.
