I still wonder how much nitrate is considered "high". Like is it around 10-20, 40+ or like 100?

My nitrate doesn't register on my ELOS test: it shows as 0. I do have too much phosphate, IMO.

My tank's parameters are in my signature (the 40 gallon). I test once a week.
