Well the first one says that they can run only 70W bulbs (sticker on the ballast). I haven't a clue as to where you'd get those and what kelvin they come in.
As for the second, I think it is a M58 Ballast or equivalent to it (I think thats good?). Maybe Steve or Tony will chime in. They are ballast experts  Christy
