Curious, I won POTM back in Oct. 2008 and I never got an 8x10 print

I thought I was supposed to, I was contacted and asked for my address etc. but then the photo staff changed so I figured that's why it didn't happen. Now I'm wondering if it got lost in the mail. Any insight?
