Another note since a person just asked....

I will be tearing the tank down & emptying later this week.

Since I am moving this week...if one wants I am renting truck this coming Saturday and would be willing to deliver!

Especially then too cause I will have helpers! So No stairs Everyone!! WoOHOO!

P.s thats locally ONLY of course.
