What do u plan to use the generator for. The purpose will determine what you should but. The can tire one will be very loud. The Costco one will be a lot quieter. Not as quiet as a Honda or Yamaha. But quite comparable. The Costco one can safely be used with electronics such as laptops and such due to being an inverter.
