Best to hold off on the Powder Blue till you upgrade to a much larger tank.

Some tangs are just too easily stressed and become ick magnets, especially when crammed in an undersized tank with another ick-magnet.

PBT have lower survival rates than some other hardier tangs, like YTs, Scopas, and Purple tangs for instance. They are just too easily stressed unless you get the exceptionally hardy one. That whole group of similar looking tangs (Achilles, Powder Blue, Gold Rim, Powder Brown) are notoriously hard to keep healthy and ick-free.

BTW, tiny tangs also have a poor record for survival compared to med. sized ones.
