I suggest cut back to low-maintainance fish-only, and hang on to your lights to use in the future.
Even a simple tank with a few damsels or other hardy fish would look good, and require a minimum of your time.

Hey Beth If you really really really decide to get out of it...Me and catherine will buy your intire setup if the price isn't to steep, and when you want to get back into it we will sell it right back!!!!
