Default good enough to eat
Just came back from holidays in the Philippines (fantastic snorkelling).

At one of the places we were staying, fisherman had this in the morning catch. Was first asking about 6 bucks, but settled for $2. One of the people I was with bought it, but started feeling guilty about eating it for lunch so set it free after the fisherman left. Had to be 25cm nose to tail.

How's that for a price difference. I'd pay about $200 for a fish that size around here if not more.

i used to work in commercial kitchens, i got a shipment of butterflies in one day i had to process.
