Default How to kill...?

OK... I need to get rid of some no longer wanted corals and am looking for suggestions on how to do it.

1 Rhodactis Mushrooms
2 Ugly Zoas
3 Bubble algae (not a coral)

I tried to scrape the mushrooms off therock, but they didn't come off, and just ended up multiplying. Any tips? Treat them all the same as aiptasia?

1&2. kalk paste, joe's juice etc. should work.

bubble algae... I think emerald crab eats them, or you can remove them one by one, but because not to pop them.

Unfortunately, the zoas are on a rock that has 3 sps colonies encrusted on it... that rock stays for sure! The Rhodactis mushrooms are pretty nice... they're a nice green... I do worry about getting that piece of rock out of there though. I'll try to get a picture tonight.

kalk will kill the zoas. As for bubble, emeralds are a good choice (get a few, bc they are hit and miss).

Also, manual removal is important, so get to work.

lol... damnit! There are SO MANY bubble algaes. I'll pick up a few emerals and see what happens... they are all really small right now, making them harder to remove. I'll try the emeralds, and let them grow, then pick them out if need be.

OH boo I don't have any sps to trade you for. You should still take a picture though. Is breaking the rock an option?
