Default Torn fins

Can anyone tell me if torn fins on a yellow tang will heal. I'm not sure how they got like this. I was away for a 2 weeks and when I returned the fish looked pretty ugly. ( I had a housesitter who was feeding premade food cubes and nori) and the usual routine had not changed much.

Feed well and torn fins will always heal. You may want to figure out what the problem is though. They should heal in a couple of weeks or so depending on the extent of the damage? Are they just ratty looking or can you see chomp marks??
